Monday-Friday 5:30-6:15

 During this short class, we do a series of high intensity cardio interval stations to help burn calories and build muscle! By combining kickboxing, kettlebells, and other equipment we can put your metabolic systems to the test in a short amount of time!

Skyler is also available for one on one sessions in our private gym!
