Each one on one session lasts 50-60 minutes and is held at a small private gym in Farmington located at 10 Waterside Drive. Sessions are catered to your needs whether that is increasing flexibility and strength or correcting postural imbalances. Sessions would sometimes include the use of dumbbells, bosu trainer, stability ball, bodyweight exercises and massage therapy.
